On August 5, 2024, during the annual meeting of the Society of Nematologists held in Park City, Utah, USA, participants were introduced to the work of the NEMEDUSSA project. Mr Joseph Maosa Omagwa, a PhD candidate at Ghent University’s Nematology Research Unit (NRU), spoke about the project’s accomplishments, the NRU, the IMaNema programme, as well as the research he is currently conducting as part of his doctoral studies. The theme for this year’s international meeting was Nematodes Under Stress.
